Samples are submitted through our drop boxes located across the greater Tri-Cities area.

and let us know if any samples have been, or will be, dropped off that day and at which location.
Each location has a different deadline for sample submission.
Note that we will only visit a drop site if notified that samples will be there!

Labels
Use our labels to identify the key info including: Client Name, Sample ID, and Desired Tests.
Labels are located in each drop box. Grab what you need for next time!
Place the tubes in the cooler and wait for results. Easy.
Can’t find the box?
Just ask the friendly staff if you cannot find the drop box! They are tucked around corners at both farm store locations.
